Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage statistics about our website, such as:
- Number of visitors and page views

- Traffic sources (how users found our site)
- General geographic location (country-level, not specific addresses)
Important: Google Analytics only loads if you accept cookies via our cookie banner. We have enabled IP anonymization, and no personally identifiable information is collected. Your data cleaning activities (file uploads, processing) are never tracked by analytics.

Data Processing Privacy: No file data or Personally Identifiable Information from your data cleaning activities is stored in your browser or tracked by analytics. All data processing is temporary and cleared when you close the page.
Account Information
To provide subscription services, we collect and store:
- Email address
- Hashed password (using bcrypt)
- Name (optional)
- Subscription status and billing information
- Feature-set version entitlements (e.g. Lifetime Beta access to the 2025 validator suite)
This information is used solely for account management, determining which validator features you can access, and service delivery. We do not share it with third parties except payment processors (Stripe).
Lifetime Beta Communications
If you purchase the Lifetime Beta licence, we will record that entitlement and may contact you about maintenance updates to the covered validator set, opportunities to provide feedback, or optional upgrade paths when future validator families launch. These messages are limited to product notices relevant to your licence and you can opt out at any time.
